A Bliss List (No. II)
1. Taking selfies with Herschel. He is probably the least photogenic dog in the world when he wants to be. He reminds me of the classic little kid that smiles for the camera until just before the photo snaps and then looking back he is making a face in ever picture. Ugh.
2. This pup in general. Seriously this blog should probably be called, "A Blog about My Dog" because that is more fitting seeing as I talk about him more than my husband and me. He turned ONE on Monday and so we are celebrating this weekend because, milestones.
3. Playing tennis. I have never been an athletic person and it is very obvious when I play tennis but it is so dang fun. And so dang hard to not get so mad at Cam when he beats me 4-0. Anyways, when we were going to play last night we both wanted the sunny side of the court so that we could get tan and he pointed to the shady side and said, "It's yellow there too." What a color-blind thing to say. HA
4. The fact that I made dinner 4 NIGHTS IN A ROW last week! Go me.
5. I have really been digging all of the nature that is within walking distance of our apartment. There are so many little paths and wild flowers growing everywhere and it is just gorgeous. And I love it.
6. Sleeping in an hour later than Cam everyday when I should be working out. There is something so delish about listening to him having to get up for work and knowing that I still can sleep for an hour. It's not so delish waking up an hour later and realizing that I could have already been done working out for the day.
7. Moments that make me think, "Dang. I totally got it right! I married my BFF!" There are too many nights when we go to bed past our bedtimes because we can't stop talking and laughing and I'm not mad about it.
8. Watching Jurassic Park while eating dino chicken nuggets. It was brilliant probably a very dumb thing for me to be excited about but man.
9. The look on Cam's face when I thought I was really cool for thinking of the whole "Dino chicken nuggets during Jurassic Park" thing. In his defense it would be very hard to take me seriously because I was way, way too excited about it.
10. Playing zombies with Cam on the Xbox and having more kills than him. Also, when I have to revive him in round two. Ha. He is very bad at zombies. And by he I mean I. Because I am actually the one that is very bad at zombies.
